This is an awesome company to be a part of!! In today's world it is very rare to find an organization that stands by there culture and cares so much about the associates and staff! From day one you are welcomed by all levels within the company and greeted with a smile along with a "let me know if you need anything" attitude. Allianz does great with competitive pay, employee development and provides awesome benefits to its employees. Allianz also promotes excellent customer satisfaction and all aspects of the company represents it. Perfect company of your looking for a career path and appreciation!
