Cons

They have some current technology issues, but they know of the problems and are fixing them.

Pros

Good work enviroment, HR is struggle to keep emploees happy. Lot's of activities , masages, pilates, traning courses and workshops. Verry good profesionals and a lot to learn. If you have a bad manager you can escalate to HR without any repercusions.

Cons

To much bureaucracy, and some people tend to complicate things just to proove that they worth the salary. In some areas the salaries are to low.
