turnover of staff huge timed on being away from the phone, even got asked why i was on the toilet so long at one point promotion is strictly on if face fits

Every year minimum you would get 1lpa more guaranteed for a average performer excellent performer can get upto 2lpa... Company gives out some dishes to employees every now and then Team outings in every quarter spot awrds,admire awards lot of ways to earn
