Pros

They have excellent opportunities for personal and professional development (for some employees), an amazing culture, cafe with employee discount, and covered parking.

Cons

Advancement is impossible if you don't know the right people, management tend to lean towards micromanaging, opportunities are given based on if your manager likes you and not based on knowledge or performance, if you're not liked personally they will find a way to fire you

Was fantastic, unless you work in the VA call center.

Good benefits, work-life balance, great culture.

Cons

VA management is a complete joke, poor training and even worst when it comes to needing help, they say you can apply out of the call center in a year (and that's true) but you won't get out for two-three years.
