Pros
The compensation was good in all areas and the co-workers were generally good people. The management was always willing to purchase us new equipment as needed and the work environment was relatively relaxed.
Cons
As one would expect from a massive non-tech company there were ridiculous standards which hindered the team's ability to supply the best solution to many problems. My team dealt with b2b projects and often times were were not brought in to give feedback until the project was mostly decided upon by the client and business analysts. It's a massive banking and insurance company so the work is pretty soulless in nature.
