Pros
Good Benefits. Pretty good culture if your not looking to advance too much.
Cons
Pay is a bit on the low side. They say they want everyone to be transparent and honest but management is very secretive and will use your honesty against you. Micromanaging. They treat their employees like children with strict schedules and time keeping practices. Big into you not talking about your pay even though telling you not to violates federal law. They talk a lot about work life balance but do little to actually make it better.
