      Pros

      - Had responsibility right from the start - Great training opportunities - Relatively flat hierarchies for such an "old school" company - Excellent canteen

      Cons

      - Official Alumni network is very elitist - I heard of cases of burnout and sexual harassment (was however tackled by compliance) in my department, but before the time I did my internship - Glass ceiling for women with kids is rather thick

      Autonomy-Free to make your own schedule Benefits-Health, Vision, Dental, 401K Time-off-3 weeks PTO. Use it or lose it policy Flexibility-Ability to use your PTO as needed CEO-Hands on and approachable Support Staff-Always there for you whenever/wherever needed

      Cons

      Not a lot training-Feast or famine Pay-Commission opportunity is ok, but salary is below average for industry Middle Management-Abraisive Huge gap between senior employees and new employees-There are people with 15 yrs+ experience, but then there are associates with less than 12 months. Not a lot in between
