      Flexible working options available Very supportive of working mothers Supportive of working from home People very friendly in general

      Cons

      Incredibly bureaucratic Stressful environment Difficult to get anything done due to bureaucracy Staff seem overloaded Hierarchical structure where upper management are treated like Gods HR are pushing a radical left wing agenda of "diversity and inclusion" on the staff Head office in Germany is totally out of touch with what's happening in Australia

      Great benefits; opportunities to move around the company; great work life balance; able to work from home as needed

      Cons

      Constant fear that you will be laid off. Upper management is leaving in droves. Poor morale; expect us to work cohesively with Allianz India even though they will take our job.

      Really can't think of anything except they pay more than jobseekers! It's in the bus route from my home on a rainy day!

      Bad management No consistent documented procedures Call centre environment Unqualified staff selling insurance Bogus policies raised and the instigator gets to stay😩
