      Team Leads are very laid-back, great location, good benefits

      Cons

      ZERO JOB SECURITY. Upper management uses the word "transparency" a lot which is a flat out lie. All jobs have been sent to or in the process of going to India.

      Good benefits including 401K match.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't understand or care to understand the US P&C Market. Arrogant. Do not value people resources - treat them as interchangeable cogs. So large that corporate direction and communications are disjointed and sometimes contradictory. Employees are really nice, but really, its not a feel good place to work.
