      Great place to work ONLY IF you are NOT a call center employee!

      Pros

      *Accrual of vacation days add up fast after the first 5 years, then after 10 yrs! *Great benefits *Beautiful facilities *Great 401k and IRA match *Tuition reimbursement *Annual recognition party

      Cons

      *Difficult to get time off if you are a call center employee *Difficult to move out of call center even if you have an advanced degree *Promotions seem to be based on "who you know" and not "what you know" *If an employee has to leave to take care of a sick child, or they themselves are sick, they get an "occurrence" or "incident". Other employees outside of call center DON'T get this treatment! Managers don't seem to get this treatment either!

      Does everything at a large scale and currently is globalizing topics; Very often working on the forefront of technology and trying to constantly improve; always challenging the status quo; working with top tier suppliers

      Extremely bureaucratic processes that slow everything down while at the same time senior management put a lot of pressure on organization to speed up; very political place; does not care about long-term talent development, rather brings in people from external

      Pros

      Benefits are great, salary is average, on site gym and daycare.

      Cons

      Individuals promoted to manager/leadership roles with no experience and no training until well into their role. They manage through fear. Many employees comment they fear answering engagement surveys honestly. SR leadership turns a blind eye. "Results at any cost".
