Strong level of entitlement by Leaders and employees that have been their 10+ years causing laziness and slow level of progress. IT, Product and Operations Sr Leadership act like children. They fight, bully and backstab nonstop to protect their jobs. Don't ever go to HR about inappropriate behavior, especially about Directors + above because you'll be quickly escorted out the door. People in management are a lost cause! They think and act as if they are the kings/queens of the world. Little respect for employees Management doesn't have a clue about strategy. They are just playing power. Stressful place. Daily target is ridiculous and you won't have time to go to the toilet ( I nearly got a UTI) Offices/desks/toilets are dirty and full of dusty (disgusting). No career prospects for you. Place is multinational, but you won't even have time to breathe, let alone have a chat with co-workers. TL's seem lost and know very little about what they are doing. Canteen serve extremely expensive and horrible food.
