Pros

Global brand name. Can learn a lot about business & corporate world. Good company to work. Friendly & feel free approach top management.

Cons

Highly competitive. Handling politics at certain area. (Like elsewhere, its more to do with people than company ) Salary negotiation its very tricky & no uniformity. There may be huge difference than your counterpart.

Management is flexible regarding work hours and they'll let you decide at what time you start and finish your work day.

Cons

Bad I.T. Systems and way too many of them. This company is top heavy on the management side and does not have enough worker bees in some areas. That creates a bad experience for many people.

Easygoing management No work load

Cons

No transparency. They might talk to you like they are fibbing you lot of information but that's an illusion. They will back off from what they had agreed during the joining No infrastructure in pune at all. For cab request approval you will need approval from Hod. No body know what is the correct process No portals are there in place. This is a very bad place to get stuck. No culture at all.
