Pros

- Before Allianz took over LV GI

Cons

- Letting another company (TCS) perform redundancies on their behalf through TUPE - Outsourcing and losing talent to save money - Advising one outcome of if you're staying or going, then changing their mind, without a thought on the impact this has to employees mental health, ones who have been previously advised they are staying on the account - Profits come before people with a lot of the decision making process from leadership - Leadership at most levels coming up with un-related transformation initiatives. Highest level with one idea, the next one down another idea, these initiatives are unconnected and don't support each other. They generally get abandoned and no lessons are learned, just move onto the next one - Senior leaders who come across as untrustworthy in meetings/town halls - Poor pay, impossible to decipher paths to promotions/payrises, even then an excuse will be thought of as to why you're ineligible - A company to avoid if you work in IT and you value your worth and mental health

Pros

Work from home and salary

Cons

Absolutely no leadership help, no marketing help, and Sales training is horrible. You're thrown in a room and expected to all learn at the same pace. It's difficult if you are new to insurance. There's no ongoing training. While most senior agents are nice, they are busy trying to make their numbers and don't have much time to help train the new agents, which leadership expects them to do. Roughly 1 out of every 20 people make it in this role, and you'd better have a very deep referral network before taking this role.
