Allianz Australia: A breeding ground for toxicity, where careers go nowhere.

There was a sense of support and community amongst colleagues outside of immediate team (Customer and Operations division, Australia).

Cons

Sadly, a culture of bullying and intimidation pervades many areas, especially in Customer and Operations in Australia. It is largely created by inept leadership choices. Managers in these teams engage in psychological manipulation and create a hostile environment. Reports on employee health, safety and well-being is disregarded by HR; formal complaints are ignored, and toxic behaviour goes unpunished. Instead, they get rewarded with promotions. Allianz's diversity and inclusion facade masks a dysfunctional workplace.
