Great vacation time. Sense of job security. Good benefits.

Cons

Management doesn’t care and just keeps pushing for more numbers and higher quality while making their employees feel like they don’t matter. It feels more like a sweatshop. People are having to work OT to get the job done but are afraid to put it on their time cards . They don’t listen to the concerns and reports of abuse and disrespect by others. The turn over is high for a reason as we’re blamed for most everything without support by the manager and most of our team is looking for other jobs.

- Colleagues were collegial and welcoming; - Beautiful office space that was recently renovated; - Good benefits package and 401(k) match

Cons

- IT systems and infrastructure were abysmal and made completing the day-to-day work incredibly difficult; - Lots of employee turnover within the AGCS that led to reputational issues within the marketplace; - Senior leadership was very disconnected from boots on the ground underwriting function

Cons

Poor technology and data, salary bands are uncompetitive, AGCS is disorganized and lacks strong leadership and direction in U.S., higher than average industry turnover, little-to-no training for new hires, and silo culture. Less-than-stellar marketplace reputation.
