Cons

Culture saturated with incompetence. People in positions with no experience but given positions because they are friends of friends. Bullying through exclusion is the norm. Still no O365 and they still use lotus notes. Transparency, experience or knowledge is never given a chance to survive in this organisation since this will expose the systemic failures.
