The leadership leaves a lot to be desired. Did you like high school drama and incredibly unprofessional supervisors (and their supervisors)? Then this is the job for you. You'll be met with married supervisor with nothing but nepotism and unclear goals. Your bonus will be linked to a ranked system that only favors employees that fall into their brainwashed category of sheep. Have fun being yelled at by unprofessional agents and know nothing customers. Never call in sick because they'll make you feel like you let the company and your coworkers down for being human. Not to mention you'll actually get in trouble for it. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place like the coronavirus. You'll thank me later.

-Management is consistently patronizing some team members at the expense of exhibiting bullying behavior towards the rest of the staff, intimidating them, and encouraging department gossip.
