I joined with allianze on 29th of October . The pathetic thing which I faced was background verification.it will take almost one month to complete the verification.where as other companies either finish it before joining or within 1 week.For almost 30 days you can just sit and chill.im a kind of person who doesn't like to sit and chill for one month.no proper management for that.

Like being on a freight train in the fog headed nowhere. Weird contradictory work environment. Things look healthy and promising one day and completely toxic the next. Management and peers tend to throw one another under the bus. Some upper management very dynamic and inspired but it doesn't trickle down properly. Much of the corporate culture is a phony facade. Antiquated systems and processes that will never get fixed or improved. Loud chaotic open environment workspaces. In my humble opinion it would be best of Germany almost completely absorbed or even dissolved most of the American operations here.
