      More to Work On in Retaining Talent in Allianz

      Pros

      1) Good departmental training and colleagues to learn things. 2) Flexi hours for staff to choose for work 3) Encourages work from home (unless you own a company laptop to do so) 4) 14 months salary annually excluding performance bonus. 5) Unlimited outpatient consultation for staffs, including specialist.

      Cons

      1) Slow career progression. 3 years working in the same position before any consideration of progression. 2) Salary increment of 2-5% annually for staff. 3) A lot of politics going on where people of lower level will get blame for mistakes even not done by them.

      Pros

      bonus, bus shuttle from station to office and into the town.

      Cons

      mushroom management, managers lacking in skill to manage people and workload, the more you do the more you get off loaded to you. only get promoted if you are in with right people.

      The ability to brag about being part of the Allianz group Decent benefits Fairly good mobility Modern facilities Strong caliber of employees Work-life balance is attainable (Depending on where you work)

      Cons

      Shocking stress levels - everyone seems overworked all the time Dismissive and unresponsive HR and upper management - do not expect transparent or clear-cut communication IT infrastructure is lagging behind the rest of the industry While EH is part of the Allianz group, it does not feel that way - EH seems often left out.
