1) Good departmental training and colleagues to learn things. 2) Flexi hours for staff to choose for work 3) Encourages work from home (unless you own a company laptop to do so) 4) 14 months salary annually excluding performance bonus. 5) Unlimited outpatient consultation for staffs, including specialist.
Cons
1) Slow career progression. 3 years working in the same position before any consideration of progression. 2) Salary increment of 2-5% annually for staff. 3) A lot of politics going on where people of lower level will get blame for mistakes even not done by them.
