      Pros

      Great pay, including weekend and shift differentials. Lots of overtime. Good benefits

      Cons

      Very very mundane, boring work. Short breaks. Angry callers that your supervisor wont let you forward to them. Airlines forward angry callers to you when they don't want to deal with them.

      Pros

      Benefits are about the only thing going for the company. The insurance is good so that makes many people stay

      Company has been in “transition” for YEARS. Hiring people for months only to make them train people from India to basically take their job, then fire them. They will tell you that your job is safe, then the next week call you into a meeting to tell you that your job ends in 60 days and they don’t have to give you that long of a notice so you should appreciate it. They have laid off hundreds of jobs in the last couple of years due to bad business decisions. Don’t waste your time. This company has been going downhill for years and they are still laying people off!!
