- Good overall benefits package - Fairly stable business from a P&L perspective - Excellent training - Clear ambitions

Cons

- Outdated legacy systems - Hiring freezes with some teams significantly under resourced - Poor salary and bonus (unless you're a manager) - Very hierarchical and complex structure - Going through a current period of restructuring (the third in three years) - A CEO who's signature method is to centralise and sack

- very bad atmosphere - stupid and nasty colleagues - Bad IT systems very slow and not efficient - the Management is incompetent, not human and bullying - no culture - health insurance paid only 66% by Allianz - very bad organization - incompetent team leaders
