      Good company culture. People make an effort to get along and share knowledge and resources. Excellent benefits for your health and retirement.

      Cons

      Lacking in professional development and guidance across all departments. Be sure to create your own opportunities, if management doesn't or won't help.

      - Good place to work and Which gives your a chance to explore the new aspects. - Colleagues are very helpful as a team and as well as in other teams. - Innovative, Inspirational and very aspiring thought will get shared and implemented. - Apart from work, other activities will be done, like to start a day with a mob dance on the floor to keep surroundings live.

      Cons

      - HR department is not so responsive when I was working. - There is not proper communication if they want to retain an employee, fake promises will be given. - Employee self-development scope is good. - New Technology pieces of training aren't available. - Employee engagement and feedbacks not properly considered. - During the yearly hikes, managements acts very mean, which isn't a good sign for anyone.
