      Pros

      I cannot mention anything good... as the general experience was horrible.

      Cons

      Management act as it is a war zone, the power goes over their head. Staff gets very little respect for all the work put in. It is the worst company I have ever know. Micromanagment, abuse of power, damage of people some reputation. I strongly believe is not worth it.

      Pros

      There are absolutely excellent people working for this company. Very hands-on, cooperative and smart. We build some great programs for large corporations globally.

      Cons

      At the time I worked here there were a few people in upper management that rather traveled and paraded around being very important, red tape and politics were very sad. I am happy that most of these people have been removed from their positions and I hope that improved the efficiency of the company since the credit insurance product is already very difficult to sell in the US.
