Pros
The Company is quite stable both in respect of the current times as well as job security. The Company does not have any liabilities & is run with a sound approach by the owners. Mr. Ankur Bhatia the Managing Director is one of the leading philanthropist who cares for his staff.
Cons
The Company needs to have a fresh new HR whose sole guided function is just not to cut cost to highlight its importance & effectiveness. Staff need to be valued for their potential rather than their past performances. More importance needs to be given on grooming, training & polishing the staff rather than pressure them into delivering an uphill target. Being a family run business has its own shares of pitfall.
