Pros

1.Company is good internationally but in India it's a glorified service center. 2. If you are interested in doing politics, then you can definitely find a job here as the company has a thing for such people. 3. Managers ask for a % of salary while being hired and during exit process. 4.Complete family business. 5.Managers withhold on-call allowances of employees. 6.Managers will refer and hire friends, money lendors, neighbors etc.

Cons

1. AIR-INV division is the worst . 2. Sr Management believes in saving their own backs even if it means being a slave to their French masters. 3. Technical Managers having background like BPO executive, waiter etc.

Pros

-Good company/HR policies. -Chill place for a brief period, if you are n good books of manager/senior manager. -Flexibility provided, but depends on your manager/senior manager. -Ok type pay as per market standards. -Free breakfast,lunch,snack since they want to on-board employees with this image. It's good for bachelors specially. -Good company for Business Analysts, where they learn Airline domain and nurture. But not at all a good place for Coders/ Software Enthusiast professionals, since technology is pretty outdated(15 years).

Cons

-Bossy culture. Have to agree whatever manager/senior manager says, otherwise get ready to be put into PIP(performance improvement plan)/GET FIRED in the next appraisal cycle. -Very poor micro-management. IN/OUT timing to office is being regulated by Senior Managers. -Senior Managers follow favoritism, so good hikes given to those employees who are in his/her good records. -HR peoples and Project Managers are puppets for Senior Manager/Director. -Managers and Senior Managers are less technical who don't understand about technical problems. Technical Professionals should avoid joining the company.

Pros

Culturally diverse staff. Convenient office location. Lots of natural light.

Cons

Celebration of mediocrity. No recognition for good work or accountability for below-average work. Management will say what you want to hear with no intention of delivering. Training or career progression not supported. Hot desking and a clear desk policy for all staff promote a sense of displacement.
