Salary is definitely not aligned to the current market Newcomers are hired with almost the same salary of a 10 years experienced dev. To rephrase: 10 years experienced employees did not see their salary to be adjusted, following the newcomers' raise.

I'm a consultant, Amadeus is my customer not my Employer. I love this company :) Great computer for working. Fred coffee and tea. Everybody is friendly. Great Meal in thé restaurant. Clean places. Nice Desktops, nice chairs for working. You're listened in the company, they trust you, they help you to be really fine. Ouf team is like a Brotherhood. Our chief are there FOR you and WITH you ! No un-necessary pressure, you are free and that make me work 1000x more than in another company.

Actually, I saw none... Everything is really cool there. I'm in the company since October.
