Pros

For my position I went through a lot of training on their systems. At the time I left, I had also served a total of 2 1-month rotations in Customer Support, so I could better understand the kind of issues they work on.

Cons

This may just be due to my personality, but I struggled with understanding almost everything I was taught. The Airline ticketing industry is very complex. Taking that on is not for the faint of heart.

Pros

*Management is willing to trust you and provide you with opportunities if you show them that you can deliver. *You get to work with people from different Amadeus Sites *Lots to learn as Amadeus portfolio is quite big (Depends on the work that you are doing) *Internal Transfer opportunities

Cons

*Workload to employee ratio is getting a bit low these days (2023 situation) *P&C in Turkey can be a bit frustrating to deal with in certain situations
