Old company with dying business model, below average salary for a tech company , hardly any additional benefits, no understanding or empathy from HR department for employees. More and more questionable policies are implemented that cut employees freedom and even exposes them to high risk in the pandemic.

Pros

Amadeus attracts international profiles, particularly in Spain. Some incredibly talented profiles gravitated towards Amadeus, as an established company the benefits package is pretty good

Cons

The company is impossible to navigate, you would imagine that international mobility or even job rotation would be possible, it's impossible, young professionals are discouraged from ambition, they promote the same profiles, which lacks diversity. It has an old school mentality that is continuously reinforced.

There are no good reasons to work here. I guess at a push I could say the people are nice which makes the situation sadder

Cons

Underpaid and overworked. No direction. No progression. Unhappy workforce Bad professional culture. Worst job I have ever had.
