Pros
Good blend of technical topics across various divisions. Great balance of work and Life (I am not exaggerating) Wonderful hospitality and facilities, great ambiance, very helpful people. Job safety Agile mostly agile.. so no hiccups in life.. you deliver what you take and ofcourse if you do better you grow quick. They give great deal to the diversity They do take care of the employees a lot in all regards, actually, you can call up someone in P&C and talk if you are really in trouble, certainly they give their best as if someone is in trouble in their family.
Cons
Usually no onsite opportunities. Some portion of Sr.Management layer is bit NOT so nice to pick or promote the right talent on time, they lose the talent eventually though. (I am putting it very politely:) ) At times, bluffers get better deals than doers..all based on your manager though, cant attribute to the organization.
