Pros

Nothing... Just a lot of projects that won't increase your skills beyond anything done here.

Cons

Stale technology, no promotion from within, no growth potential. All lies when they want you to join. If you're not French then you're not taken seriously. Trainings are almost non existent.

Pros

Free food, flexible timing but with condition like u need to spend 9 hours min

Cons

Pathetic management, worst employee policy and benefit, only bug fixes and maintenance related work, no freedom to express ones idea, works in legacy way not don't want to change, Attrition rate is very high.

Pros

1) Company Pays well (Except for QA folks) 2) Free Food. 3) Nice Work Environment - Physical infrastructure, Not Working Environment. 4) Team is helpful, I have worked with a lot of good people here over the years. 5) Company is focusing on Innovation. 6) Company is well known in Travel Domain.

Cons

1) No Onsite Opportunities for QA (Very Less- Based on the Teams) 2) Very Bad/Worst Organizational hierarchy I have seen in my carrier - People with less Experience are moved to middle management + Managers give more benefits for those who were stayed in this company for a longer duration. 3) Low Technical Challenges & No Great benefits and opportunities for lateral moves within the Company. 4) Pay/Hike for QA folks are Horrible (There is lots of difference in pay when you compared to Dev & QA) 5) Worst Working Timings- Most of us get stuck in traffic for 1~2 Hrs daily 6) Worst HR team. 7) No Work from Home (God knows when they'll give Laptops at-least) 8) No Stocks Offering.
