- Good salary - Free food

Cons

- Bad higher management - Nothing notable technical work you will be doing here - stay for 1-2 years, you will be a rotten rat! - always managers has the final say, you are just his subordinate who works as he says! - no process followed! - very bad working culture, everyone wants to be a boss - Age old inhouse technologies used, stay here for few years and you will forget everything whats needed outside the company!

Cons

Poor Management Missing any way of doing things. If you want promotion/better hike, DO NOT expect, but literally, yell out. Non deserving managers with 11-12 yrs of ex can be promoted to Senior Manager, while some other much deserving ones will not, just because they believed in work and nothing "else"

Amadeus IT Group(not Bangalore branch) has good brand value and a stable company work closely with French counterparts and clients learning opportunity for freshers good pay for freshers some short term on site opportunities

Cons

sucky senior management - they can do whatever they want! inept middle management office politics rampant cronyism biased HR - not really useful for employees, more like assistants for senior management non existent work life balance rigid timings(no flexibility, no work from home) crappy pay(for a product company)
