+ Used to have work life balance though it is a lot reduced now + Ability to seek internal transfers across the globe
Cons
- This company asked some of the employees to take pay cut during COVID era and many employees did. Fas forward 5 years, the company started doing well financially. Employees who took pay cut got nothing. - Most of the jobs are being moved from North America/France to lower cost destinations like Columbia, India, Eastern Europe - Work is mediocre and there is absolutely no growth. The company is being treated as cash cow by C-Suite and investment funds which directly translates to cutting costs, taking more debt and no innovation. A very slow and painful death!
