      I don't see any positives other than annual gifts, free food and cab service.

      Cons

      1. They use old technologies. 2. They have migration projects more. 3. No scope for new learnings and upgrade your tech stack. 4.Strictly following Hybrid model. Too much pressure on employees from management to come to office 3 days per week.
