      Friendly environment with nice co-workers. Good work-life balance if you want that, as though some people stay later, there isn't much pressure to do so.

      Not enough focus on personal development. London HQ quite far away from everything.

      - Friendly and relaxed environment - Job safety - Good salary/benefits for a position in France - Good place to be during Summer if you work at the french dev center

      Cons

      - Amadeus is your typical company that has grown big too fast and is enjoying an almost monopoly position - On an engineering side, the Amadeus culture is quite bad : very short term views, an inefficient and slow organization, blame culture. However there are on-going efforts to change this. - Very unbalanced talent (tech or management) distribution : there are undeniable talent in the company but the average bar is not as high as the company would like - Average salary if you look at the global job market
