      Lots of confidence given to graduates Very young and friendly environment. Good additional compensation package (health + dental insurance, retirement, holidays, life insurance) Great company and business values

      Little carrier opportunities to evolve except in management Low salaries compared to London IT market Poor senior management: Because this is the only way to evolve, almost no manager is there because they want to be managers, but because they wanted the money/responsibilities.

      - French working culture: management tends to bring people from the headquarters in France instead of hiring locals. In some departments french is more spoken than english, causing frustration in non-french speakers. - Low salaries compared to London average causes frequent rotation. - Food in the canteen is beyond terrible.
