Pros
No dress code (you can wear whatever you are comfortable with unless it doesn’t distract others in the office) :p Base pay (Amazon has the concept of base pay over CTC unlike other companies. So except for PF, there would not be many deductions)
Cons
Surprisingly, things are not well documented. I figured for a company as big as Amazon everything would be properly documented and tables/files/etc would be named in a good way. I was wrong You are expected to hit the ground running with minimal training. This was really hard for me because not only was I joining a new company but also a new position. I hadn’t used any of the tools or languages before.
