Pros

- Excellent benefits - Great teammates - Great work - life balance - Good pay

Cons

- Horrible training - 50% of the bosses are horrible micromanagers that are just hovering above your shoulder all day - If you don't meet metrics, you get "punished" where they "ask" you to do overtime to compensate - No 2 way communication, if you fail, you're fired

Pros

The company offers the Job oppotunities to 10+2 candidates so you can apply while you commit to your degree or higher education The company offers a good compensation and work culture as well

Cons

The opportunity to grow in the company has not been great in the last few years since Covid and has not recovered so its a great organization for freshers but for experience candidates may not match the expectations

Pros

- Good Pay - Can work remotely - No office politics/ drama

Cons

- Everything is based on numbers; how you perform. Even if you do the right things and say the right things, it won't matter unless your numbers are good. - Some managers treat you like livestock and don't care about you or your job. They just don't want themselves to not look bad. -
