Pros

Week-offs | 5 days working with only 8 hours of shift excluding 1 hour break You can choose your shift timings on first come fist serve basis on portal. Meal Allowance even for work from home via sodexo Most importantly you are treated as a fellow human with dignity not just as a Number!!!

Cons

Once you get used to the role especially for work from home employees you might get bored at the job. Workload can be hectic depending upon shift timings, manageable tho Try your best to not get Indian Voice process, company is great but customer aren't by any means. Hope this helps.
