Pros

Ontime salary, Overtime has double pay

Cons

Extreme workload, as soon as 1 call is over other one starts ringing, almost no breather, one might feel suffocated. Managers still keep hammering for performance and keeps pushing to reduce call handle time. They don't care about your career because they've lot of graduates willing to join them. Once they feel sale is over they fire in lot. And again rehires during sale (peak) period. Management is bad, manager's are not empathetic. Leaves can't be used fully as most of the times they have blackout periods and mangers are very lazy in approving leaves or responding back.
