Pros

Compared to other job in South Africa the base salary + language bonus isn't bad. But agents in other countries do the same job or even less but geht almost the double per hour. Contributes to medical aid and provident font

Cons

You're just a number in a big company; No flexibility 10% discount couldn't be used for the longest time, since Amazon items couldn't be delivered to South Africa from Amazon.com (now you can choose the marketplace for the discount)
