Pros

I worked with highly skilled teams from a broad range of backgrounds. It really depends on the team you're on, but they truly made coming to work manageable to the workload.

Cons

Task Burden - Standard work not truly reflective of HRBP level scope. I was spending nearly 30-60 minutes 3x week taking pictures of the site to ensure amenities were working and another 30-60 minutes updating site communications. Administrative tasks take up a ton of time and not a lot of value added that is shared with us from seniors as to why we spend so much time on these tasks.

Pros

Once you become a blue badge Associate, you have great benefits and including Career Choice, the educational benefit.

Cons

It can be hard to get the highest rating to get the best pay increase. Only so many people in your department can be rated high.
