Pros

There are lots of room for growth and progression. The salary is higher than most companies especially for the operations field.

Cons

Learn to play the political game as you progress higher in the company. You always have constantly watch your back and have a proper support system or else you can get caught in the crossfire.

Pros

Salary is good but thats it.

Cons

No work life balance. Upper management will never be happy or satisified with anything you do. All they want is more from you. They won't leave you alone on your off days.

Pros

Compensation is decent, but may not be enough for the scope of work.

Cons

Work life balance is quite difficult at times, to keep up with the entire scope you will be working from home at times.
