Pros

Honestly, I thought having the name of Amazon on my resume would be a pro but its left such an undesirable taste in new employers interest. Oh, they did offer great insurance so you can have schedule therapy while they mentally abuse you.

Cons

-Mentally abusing managers -Poor leadership -They put everyone on PIPs -They use a bell curve so even if you are excellent are your job you could be at risk -No incentives -Absolutely no career growth -They promote the sh*t people into leadership roles and nothing ever gets done
