Pros

Gave me the opportunity to work on programs that disrupt industries in the health space.

Cons

Your experience with Amazon is highly dependent on the leadership and management. When management has been good, my experience has been amazing. When management has not been great, my experience suffered. On another note, it is very hard to get promoted.
