      There are amazing opportunities to grow as a leader. If you are willing to put in the work, the sky is the limit on how far you can go at Amazon.

      Cons

      As a manager at a fulfillment center, there is no guarantee of what shift or what days you will be working. The hours can be long at times and during the holiday season even more so.

      Money is the only thing and there are similar paying jobs. The sign on bonus is why people stay for a bit

      Operations Environment has high turnover Overworked High Stress Due to the clickish nature of upper managers, you may or may not be liked. And, you may or may not hear about it, but it is likely they told someone who told someone.
