Good relocation compensation. 3 days off.

Cons

Amazon treats it's employees really poorly. You have no say in what shift you will work...you basically sell your soul to the company. Work extremely long hours. Extremely disorganized company. Don't offer any type of valuable training. Expected to micromanage even though they claim that it's not what they want to do. Very high turn over rate. Amazon doesn't do anything to keep it's managers happy. Work environment feels like a sweatshop.

Unfair manager rating systems. Popularity contests, too much of a "ME, ME, ME" culture where people try to exceed at the expense of their peers.
