Pros

I have been working here for almost 4 yrs and it has been a great experience so far. There is much to learn and you are "pushed" to achieve the best. There are always exciting and new projects across the company on a WW level that keep you interested. Only who is fully committed and owns his career can thrive here.

Cons

The fast-paced environment can be shocking for some. A lot of self-motivation goes into the job in order to be successful.
