Pros

Great opportunities to develop and gain skills over a wide range of initiatives and projects, work in multiple locations

Cons

At times very chaotic and people will often sacrifice quality for speed of delivery. You will be pushed to the point of exhaustion if you do not manage your workload effectively.

Pros

Some nice people you can work with. A good place to learn a lot

Cons

Leadership encourages cutthroat atmosphere. Everyone looks out for them selves. And finds every opportunity to climb by stepping on others. Peers won’t hesitate to put you down in order to look good. Lack of ownership
