Great name, great skills you learn, data driven decision making, really builds a strong foundation of business acumen early on in your career

Cons

Hard work, long hours, low pay outside of bonus for the amount of work involved. Very strict, rigid performance evaluation, most of your performance is a dice toss connected to the performance of your assigned vendors
