Pros

The leadership principles, internal tools, ability to move internally.

Cons

Culture diluted with the massive growth in the several years I was there. I averaged 3 different managers a year making it impossible to get promoted. You've got a better chance leaving and coming back at the next level.

Pros

Challenges, Result driven culture and enough support to succeed.

Cons

Very agile and if you are not on top of things, may get chaotic. But thats what kept company in Day1 and work today what customers need tomorrow.
